Installation and Setup

Our trained specialists are distinguished by their knowledge of available mounting materials and ability to assess each installation situation. After installation, a test run is performed, followed by training and handover of the easy-to-use systems.

Alarm Monitoring & Security Guard

An alarm should alert. But whom? In addition to the various alarm devices on-site, there is the option of transmitting alarm signals externally. Alarm signals can be sent via voice output to your own mobile phone or to friends and relatives.

However, we recommend alarm monitoring by a professional and VdS-certified security guard company. The monitoring center is staffed around the clock with experienced and trained security personnel. The center distinguishes between different alarm types: intrusion, hold-up, gas, fire, water and sabotage alarms.

A medical emergency call is also possible. Depending on prior agreement, the necessary measures are then initiated within seconds.

Maintenance & Servicing

While taken for granted with motor vehicles, maintenance of security equipment is often neglected. The systems we install are largely maintenance-free. However, an alarm system, especially when it is easy to operate for the user, is a highly technical and sensitive system.

We offer cost-effective maintenance contracts for our systems. When you sign up, the warranty on all devices and components is extended to 5 years.

Maintenance includes all preventive measures to maintain the target condition of the systems. This involves preventive care and adjustment work, as well as replacement of wear parts such as batteries. Additionally, the system is checked for full functionality and this is ensured.
